Robin’s Party Taco Dip

Robin's Party Taco Dip 16 oz. can fat free refried beans
8 oz. container light sour cream
1/2 c. hot, medium or mild chunky salsa
2 c. fancy mild cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions (6 or 7 to a bunch), thinly sliced
1/2 of a large red pepper, chopped up
2-1/4 oz. can sliced ripe black olives
Large bag of tortilla chips

You will need 2 dinner size plates. Spread the refried beans on the plates until it almost touches the edges of the plates. Next spread on the sour cream almost to the edge of the refried beans. Then next spoon on the salsa until it is almost to the edge of the sour cream. (If the salsa is watery, strain some of the liquid off before adding the salsa onto the sour cream) Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top; sprinkle almost to the edge of the salsa. Then sprinkle on top of the cheese the red pepper, sliced green onions and the sliced black olives. Pour the tortilla chips in a separate bowl. Scoop the dip with the tortilla chips. Makes two dinner plate size dips.

This also can be made on one large platter. You can add more or less of the ingredients listed above to suit your taste.
