Cabbage Stew

Cabbage Stew 1 lb. of pork tenderloin
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. garlic power
1 tbsp. course ground pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
5 potatoes, cubed
2 bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 c peas
4 c. water
4 c. sliced cabbage

Using a Dutch oven, heat oil to 250 degrees F. Cut pork into small pieces and add to Dutch oven. Brown pork, stirring occasionally. Add carrots, onions garlic power, pepper and seasoning salt and continue to brown. Then add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to 200 degrees and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
