Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 5 3/4" x 3" bread pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line bottom of pan with wax paper. Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks and peel. Beat until eggs are blended. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Combine frozen orange juice and water in another small bowl. Stir flour mixture alternating with orange juice into creamed mixture until blended. In another small bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold whites and nuts into creamed mixture until blended. Pour into prepared bread pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in middle of bread comes out clean.
Combine glaze ingredients in a small glass bowl and microwave at 50 percent power for 1 minute. Stir and then pour glaze over warm bread. Cool bread in pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack, remove bread from pan and then return bread to wire rack to cool completely. Makes one bread.
