Easter Ham

Easter Ham 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. pancake syrup
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
5 lb. fully cooked ham
Whole cloves
6 maraschino cherries cut in half
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Small can crushed pineapple in juice not drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Score ham with a knife. In a small bowl, mix together the first 3 ingredients; set aside. Insert cloves and cherries in slits of ham. Place ham into a pan with a rack. Bake in oven for 2 hours or when tested with a meat thermometer the temperature reaches 140 degrees. Brush ham occasionally with glaze after 1 1/2 hours. Mix together remaining glaze with cornstarch, pineapple and some of the pineapple liquid. Cook in a small saucepan at medium high heat. Constantly stir mixture until it comes to a boil and thickens. Serve sauce with ham.
